Идея

Я учил немецкий язык. Видел проблему: существующие apps либо игровые (Duolingo), либо дорогие (Babbel), либо без speaking practice.

Решение

Построить platform с community learning, AI speaking partner, и freemium model.

Execution (3 месяца)

I built language learning platform.

Key learning: iteration > perfection. I thought forum great. Users wanted messaging. I pivoted. Retention improved 30% to 45%.

This taught me more about PM than theory.
