- Problem First — не выбираю tool потому что он popular
- Team Fit — tool должен match team culture
- Integration — хорошо ли работает с other tools?
- Cost — стоит ли benefit от cost?
- Learning Curve — насколько легко научить team?
Мой совет: не гонись за новыми tools. Лучше well-used старый tool, чем shiny новый tool что никто не использует.
